Fused Glass
Fused glass is produced by layering certain compatible types of glass together, then firing them in a kiln at high temperatures to melt them.
We use various different firing schedules to produce different effects, we also incorporate different compatible mediums to enhance our work. Sometimes it all goes wrong and blows up in the kiln if we get to adventurous trying something new!
I love incorporating fused glass into my leaded lights and stained glass. It brings a whole new depth into my work.
