STORIES IN STAINED GLASS

Works by ourselves and students exploring stained glass techniques through individual narratives.

Scroll down for Virtual Gallery
This exhibition showcases the diverse techniques possible in stained glass, fused glass, copper foiling and traditional glass painting.

Myself, Claire, and all students who come on our ongoing glass workshops have each created a glass panel which are displayed in backlit box frames ( 37 in total ). Each panel has a story behind its theme and everyone has stretched their knowledge and skills to produce work using many different techniques that often they have not tried before.

We wanted to showcase that stained glass is thriving contemporary art form.
